Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND
Compensation: Hiring Range - $50,279.40 - $60,335.28 and will be commensurate with level of experience
Benefits: Includes: single or family health care coverage (premiums paid for by the university), basic life insurance, EAP, retirement plan, tuition waiver, annual and sick leave.
Optional benefits available: supplemental life, dental, vision, long- term care insurance, flexible spending account, and supplemental retirement plans.

Position Information:
The Human Resources Generalist for Mayville State University will be part of a team that plays a pivotal role in the success of the University. This role will work daily with our headcount management system including job postings, change forms, etc., maintaining all current and historical personnel files and related documentation in our online filing tool, Perceptive Content, coordinate recruitment/employment processes, track the employee performance management system; facilitate orientation and on-boarding processes; produce HR reports as needed; collaborate with internal and external personnel and serve as a resource to staff and faculty on policies & procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration, accounting or related field; or Associate’s degree and three years of directly related work experience
